Free for everybody to enjoy and located on the east side of Walt Disney World near Typhoon Lagoon, Disney Springs is a themed retail, dining, and entertainment centre displaying an eclectic array of shops, aside from amazing eateries. 

Here you will find a variety of retail outlets selling Disney merchandise and souvenirs as well as must-have trends from some of the world’s most popular brands. The Marketplace

This area is great for families, with an abundance of dining options including quick service, casual dining, and snack Kiosks with local and international flavours. In addition to dining the Marketplace also features plenty of entertainment including live performances and character meet-and-greets.

West Side

Located at the far western side of Disney Springs this area features lively entertainment the AMC Disney Springs 24 cinema complex and Splitsville Luxury Lanes bowling alley and restaurant as well as thrilling attractions including the Cirque du Soleil theatre hosting unbelievably skilful performances by the renowned circus troupe.

There are various methods of transportation you can take to Disney Springs:

Car 

From 1-4 take Exit 67 toward EPCOT/Disney Springs. Then stay in the right lane and follow signs to Disney Springs.

Bus 

A free Disney bus service runs from Disney Resort hotels to the Town Center.

Water Transportation 

Sassagoula River Boats cruise from the Disney Springs Marketplace dock to and from:

  • Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort
  • Disney’s Old Key West Resort
  • Port Orleans Resort – Riverside
  • Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter

Ridesharing Uber, Lyft, or Taxi

Parking

Complementary standard parking is available for all guests visiting Disney Springs connected by E Buena Vista Dr. Use the car locator on the My Disney Experience mobile app to locate, find, and give details of parking locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Parking lots and garages usually open around 8:00am, there is no overnight parking. It is advisable to arrive at least 60 minutes earlier than any scheduled event or reservation not to be disappointed. Digital message boards along Buena Vista Drive will indicate If parking has reached capacity. Be aware parking lots are often full on weekends, bank holidays and in the evenings.

Surface and garage parking have designated areas:

  • Lime Garage: Marketplace area.
  • Orange Garage: West Side and Town Center area.
  • Grapefruit Garage: Opposite E Buena Vista Dr, and close to the Town Center.
  • Strawberry Lot: West Side Area, furthest from the Town Center

Parking for Guests with Disabilities

Designated parking is available in all parking lots and garages for guests with disabilities.

ECV, Stroller, Wheelchair and Rental

Strollers, wheelchairs, and ECVs are available to rent from Sundries rental located at the Town Center bus station between Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill and the Coca-Cola Store. Rentals can be for just one day or for your whole stay. Daily rentals are transferable between all locations, pay just once for the entire day.

Disney Ticket Center

In the Town Center close to the Lime parking garage, the Disney Ticket Center and Welcome Center are opposite each other and close to the D-Luxe Burger restaurant. The Ticket Center can assist with buying tickets to Disney’s attractions and entertainment as well as making dining reservations and helping with general enquiries.

Welcome Center

Visit the Welcome Center where cast members can give lots of useful information on Disney Springs as well as having selection of Disney World guide maps (in different languages) and guides for guests with disabilities. 

The center also sells merchandise including stamps and gifts as well as dealing with ticket sales and ticket issues. Dining reservations, help with mobile food and beverage ordering, assistance with the My Disney Experience App and services for international guests including foreign currency exchange. Some cast members are multi-lingual, usually their name tag will inform you what languages they speak.

Art Walk 

Take a stroll through the Town Center and see various artists murals on display. Featuring local and international artists with varying styles and themes. This is an ongoing attraction for all ages. 

The Landing 

BOATHOUSE Amphicars 

Take a guided tour with your own personal captain at the wheel of a beautiful vintage and unique Amphicar. Starting on dry land then plunging into the waters of Lake Buena Vista for a 25 minute cruise of Disney Springs. Tickets available from The Boathouse Boatique.

Live Latin entertainment and dining can be found at this waterfront bar, strut your stuff on the dancefloor to an assortment of Latino salsa music. The Marketplace 

Classic Carousel Located in the center of the marketplace this majestic Venetian carousel plays music whilst you ride and looks beautiful at night illuminated with twinkling lights. Suitable for all ages, guests must be 42”/107cm tall or be accompanied by an adult (parents ride free).

Marketplace Train Express 

A great colourful, open topped miniature train ride for children to enjoy. Located in front of Disney Pin Traders.

See live entertainment including Rock, country, R&B, Latin, reggae, metal, hip-hop—and, of course, the blues at the House of Blues Concert Hall. House of Blues Orlando is located on the West End of Disney Springs adjacent to Cirque Du Soleil and across from the NBA Experience.  

For upcoming events and tickets visit the House of Blues Orlando. 

Priority entry and skip the queues. Spent at least $25 per person at the House of Blues Gear Shop on the same day as your show, have your ticket validated at the gift shop and you can pass the line when entering the show. Pass the Line is available for most shows it is worth checking with the gift shop or Box Office to make sure there are no restrictions on the night.

Cirque du Soleil – Drawn to Life 

An original collaboration between Disney and Cirque du Soleil where Disney’s imagination and animation come to life with world class lighting, music, choreography, and dazzling gymnastic sequences performed by the outstanding talents of Cirque du Soleil’s acrobatic mastery. The story unfolds when an animator’s desk becomes the stage and drawings come alive with breathtaking aerial displays and feats of coordination and strength. Advance reservations are recommended, so as not to be disappointed.

Splitsville Luxury Lanes 

A large bowling alley featuring 30 lanes spread over 2 floors offering the choice to combine your bowling with a full-service dining experience. Guests can also entertain themselves playing billiards or listening to live music on the patio every afternoon and evening as well as chilling or having a bite to eat in one of the venues bars. The Splitsville Dining Room also has a great range of items on the menu to suite all tastes. Walk-in bowling is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also a shop selling bowling merchandise.

Aerophile – The World Leader in Balloon Flight 

Fancy a balloon flight with amazing panoramic views over Disney Springs and the surrounding area. The Aerophile is located near Planet Hollywood at the lakes edge once in the basket, which accommodates up to 30 people at a time (including the pilot), the balloon rises slowly to a height of 400 feet then levels off for a while so you can take photos before descending. Evening flights are lovely when the sun is setting, and the lake is lit up with all the attractions. Be aware that weather conditions will affect the balloon from flying. Not recommended for people afraid of heights.

AMC Disney Springs 24 

A state-of-the-art cinema complex featuring 24 screens showing the latest blockbuster films with the most up-to-date sound and picture technology. Dine-in options are available at 6 of the theatres as well as being able to enjoy alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages whilst watching the film. The Dine-in theatres have reserved seating as well as a service button to call on your server when you want a bite to eat or order another drink. There is a concession stand offering all your favourite snacks as well as MacGuffins bar and lounge offering a variety of drinks and food options.

An amazing patisserie with an assortment of speciality cakes, signature pastries, and desserts all made with great care. The menu also has snacks, entrées, and sandwich combos. Cakes for special occasions can be pre-ordered, speciality cakes include Amorette’s Signature Cake, which features 11 layers of Red Velvet Cake, Chocolate Cake, Cherry Mousse, Chocolate Mousse, Raspberry Pate De Fruit Jelly, and Italian Buttercream. This small town patisserie is a must visit for an indulgent sweet treat.

Fresh salads, sides, and deserts also available as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. If there is a queue at the door don’t worry as the 11-inch pizzas cook in 3 minutes so it keeps on moving, there is also plenty of room inside with seating for around 200 diners.

Chicken Guy! 

Guy refers to the name of the restaurant’s creator Guy Fieri. At this quick service restaurant fried chicken fillets are served with a wide range of house-made signature sauces perfect for dipping or smoothing. The tenders can be fried or grilled and eaten in sandwiches or salads or on their own. Sides include Fried Pickle Chips, Mac ‘n’ Cheese, and Coleslaw. A range of tempting Flavortown Shakes made with ice cream and a variety of flavours is available along with other beverages. Seating is limited.

The restaurant resembles a large four-story observatory, featuring lots of Hollywood memorabilia a huge state-of-the-art video wall showing music videos as well as a terrace and outdoor bar space with live entertainment. A large menu with plenty of options produced by celebrity chef Guy Fieri includes fresh American fare with shareable starters, signature sandwiches and big bite burgers, steak, famous chicken crunch and generous sweet desserts. There is definitely a relaxed vibe in this large, loud happening space.

Seating is located inside with air conditioning or outside on the patio. If you like BBQ food, you’ll love dining at the polite pig.

Located near the Disney Springs bus station and the Orange Garage this is a mediterranean influenced restaurant serving great California cuisine. Inside is open and airy with lofty ceilings and wooden features, there is plenty of seating and an area at the rear of the restaurant where you can see the chefs preparing freshly made food. The main menu has a selection of appetisers and salads, wood fired pizza, sides, and deserts including an extensive Cocktail, beer, and wine list. 

Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill also offer an Animated Evening – Drawn to Life Prix Fixe Dining Offer at $65 per person which you can enjoy before or after the Drawn to Life presented by Cirque du Soleil & Disney show.

The Boathouse 

Serving excellent quality fresh food this waterfront restaurant has lovely views over the lake. Serving a lunch and dinner menu of seafood, steak, chops, as well as a variety of salads, pasta and sandwiches and a raw bar with oyster, crab, tuna, and shrimp, this is the place to enjoy an upscale meal with great service. The interior has a relaxed nautical theme based around the 1940s with yacht and boat paraphernalia adorning the walls along with photography, artwork, and live music. There is ample seating inside with accommodation for around 400 guests as well as seating outside. The Boathouse is rated as one of the top restaurants at Walt Disney World and worth visiting for the great food and fun atmosphere. 

The Boathouse also has captain-guided tours on Lake Buena Vista aboard the Boathouse Amphicar.

An Indiana Jones themed bar set in a vintage airplane hangar, named after Indi’s pilot in Raders of the Lost Ark, “Jock Lindsay.” The bar is full of film memorabilia, adorning the walls, shelving, and any space possible. Bar snacks include snakebite sliders, Doctor Astorga’s queso fundido, and Air Pirate’s cargo loaded pretzel along with various flatbreads, and tacos. Sip on a fun range of cocktails such as Air Pirate’s Mule, Fountain of Youth and The Bitter Barkeep, enjoy a draft beer or savour a glass of wine along with other alcoholic and non-alcoholic choices. Gothic style 1920s powerplant. Take yourself back to 1920 prohibition times at this rum-running hideaway bar and restaurant located opposite Maria and Enzos Ristorante. Serving Italian fare alongside barrel age cocktails, rums, and scotches. Roman-style dishes of cured meats and cheeses along with lovely rustic pasta dishes, panini and salads can all be enjoyed in this graffiti walled, music filled, speakeasy. You will need to look carefully to spot Enzo’s Hideaway as it blends in with the surroundings, luckily there are signs guiding the way to the steps that lead down to the large underground area. It is also connected to the Edison, via secret tunnels.

Gidion’s Bakehouse 

Be prepared this is not your normal high street bakery with a whimsical Victorian theme and eerie artwork on the walls. Gidion’s Bakehouse is an award winning bakery located across from Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, with mouthwatering cakes and treats to tempt the taste buds. Known for its nearly half-pound range of hand crafted cookies and amazing cake slices. Along with a unique range of cold brew iced coffees that complement the desserts such as the Original Peanut Butter Iced Coffee, as well as a limited edition flavour that pairs with special monthly cookie releases. There are also a few Gidion’s limited merchandise items available to purchase. The queues may be long, but it is certainly worth the wait. Be aware that the later in the day you visit the lesser the options are.

Morimoto Asia 

This is pan-Asian restaurant with waterside seating, grand hall, and terraces the striking glass entrance leads you into the large 2-story restaurant with lounges, private dining spaces and an open kitchen where you can view the chef’s preparing food. A feature bar connects the grand dining room with the upper level, spectacular glass chandeliers hang from the ceilings and mosaics decorate the interior. Amazing sushi is served at the elegant sushi bar on the second level with fish flown in from around the world.  

Menu items include an assortment of Asian flavours with high quality Chinese, Japanese and Korean dishes. There is an extensive drinks menu featuring Morimoto’s signature sake and beer by Rogue Ales along with a selection of wine, Asian beers, and non-alcoholic beverages. The outdoor terrace has some of the best views of Disney Springs lagoon.

This quick service dining location is located on the lower outdoor terrace at Morimoto Asia. Asian beers, popping boba tea and other beverages are also on the menu. There is covered outdoor seating with views of the Town Center over the lake.

Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant 

Enjoy a lively experience at Raglan Road located near the main entrance to The Landing where guests can relax and enjoy the atmosphere, the interior is themed on a traditional Irish pub with leather seating booths, wood panelled walls, carpeted floors, and stained glass. Live Irish music and dance entertains you on a stage set in the middle of the room, whilst dining on traditional Irish fare like fish & chips, bangers & mash, shepherd’s pie and chicken pie, plant based options are available. This is a great pub with good service, it can get a bit noisy, so if you prefer to dine without music try and tun up early in the evening before the bands set up.

Plenty of seating is available inside, or outside on the covered veranda. The Earl of Sandwich is popular and can get busy, but the lines move quickly.

Rainforest Café 

One of two Rainforest Cafés that can be found at Walt Disney World the other is at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park. The entrance is located on the North side of the Marketplace near the bridge spanning the lake and has a waterfall that cascades down the side of the volcano which spectacularly erupts every 30 minutes or so. The Rainforest Café is an extraordinary, atmospheric dining experience especially appealing to children, set in a lush tropical rainforest with animatronic animals and the occasional sound of thunderstorms and tropical animals. 

The ceiling of the restaurant is covered in foliage, birds, and other tropical creatures as well as a view of the starlit sky. There is plenty to choose from on the large menu featuring American and tropical fare with items everyone can enjoy including burgers, seafood, salads, pasta dishes, as well as speciality menus for children with items including Python pasta, Dinosaur chicken and Lava nachos. T-Rex 

The restaurant cannot be missed with a huge dinosaur skeleton looming over the entrance. An extremely popular and immersive dining experience especially fun for children, the restaurant is set in prehistoric time and is full of animatronic life size dinosaurs and woolly mammoths each one of the rooms has a different theme including ice caves, a fern Forest, an underwater area and a firepit area. The dining rooms are quite loud, with various lighting effects including an extinction event every now and then when the room goes into frenzy which may be a bit intense for some. The menu is child orientated with dino named items such as the Bronto burger, prehistoric pasta, and Paleozoic chicken sandwich. After eating head to the Dino Store located next door selling Dinosaur gifts and souvenirs.

Disney Springs has a wide selection of retail outlets ranging from Disney merchandise and gift shops to high-end boutiques and shopping malls catering to everyone’s budget and tastes. As you explore the streets of Disney Springs you will find The Marketplace with its World of Disney Store and Lego store, and the Town Center with assortment of retail outlets are big draws for shoppers as most brand-name stores and unique shops are located in these areas. The best time to shop is during the early part of the day (although it can get hot) as it gets busy later in the afternoon and into the evening when guests visit the bars, restaurants, and free entertainment the area has to offer.

There is a Honey bar where you can sample mead, and honey wines with daily tasting sessions for a small fee and ‘Bee’ educated into the world of Honey. 

Happy Hound Kiosk

There is a vast array of ornaments, baubles, and decorative Items from your favourite Disney films some of which can be personalised by the on-site artist. There are also collectable items such as Disney Railroad Train Sets, Disney Village pieces and the Walt Disney World Showcase Collection. Other seasonal items can also be found for Halloween, Easter, and Thanksgiving. 

Lefty’s – The Left Hand Store

A small kiosk selling unique left handed gifts. Items include coffee mugs scissors, pens, kitchen items and more for the left handed person. 

The LEGO Store

You will probably notice St George and the Dragon at the front of the store and the LEGO sea serpent at the water’s edge before entering this amazing mecca for Lego. This is not only a wonderful place to shop for LEGO of just about any type, size, and shape, but also to see the various life size Disney models on display. There is a large play zone outside the shop for anyone feeling creative. Be aware the store is extremely popular and there may be a queue to get inside, which is usually quick moving. At the rear of the LEGO store is the LEGO Minifigure Factory where you can create a custom minifigure by using a special computer to design your one-of-a-kind character. To register for the Lego Minifigure Factory, you can walk up to the counter and join the waiting list in the shop or book online enter “Disney Springs” in the ZIP Code or a location box. The price is $11.99 for each figure and takes around 30 minutes to create.

World of Disney Store

This is Walt Disney World’s largest retail store selling just about everything, toys, gifts, homeware, accessories, artwork, clothing, pins, and the largest collection of Disney merchandise in the world. There are also various kiosks located around the store selling leather goods, woodcarvings, hair wraps, as well as caricature artists. You could spend a lot of the day just walking around this store with so many things to see. 

West Side 

M&M’s Store

Located next to Splitsville on the far West Side of Disney Springs, with its distinctive M&M facade drawing you in. Along with a vast range of flavoured chocolate in an assortment of packaging the store also sells a wide variety of M&M branded products including clothing, babywear, household gifts, plush, collectables and more. You may even get the chance to have a photo taken with a life size M&M character. 

Super Hero Headquarters

One of the only Marvel themed shops in Walt Disney World selling merchandise to suite all ages with a vast selection of apparel, costumes, action figures, technical accessories, art, pins, and more unique items for your superhero collection.
