Disney’s BoardWalk is located between Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios encompassing Crescent Lake. It is an entertainment district designed to emulate the seaside BoardWalks of the early 20th century, offering a mixture of dining, entertainment, and shopping experiences and even street performers reminiscent of that era. It’s a wonderful place to take a leisurely stroll along the quarter-mile long promenade, enjoy a meal with a waterfront view, or catch some live entertainment in the evening and has a serene and romantic vibe.
There are several hotels connected to or located nearby the BoardWalk making it very accessible to visitors. The closest hotel is Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and Villas a deluxe hotel within easy walking distance to the BoardWalk shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
Across the lake are the Disney Yacht Club and Disney Beach Club resorts. To the West of BoardWalk are two more iconic resorts, the Sawan Hotel and Dolphin Hotel all within easy walking distance of BoardWalk and EPCOT with transportation links to other Disney parks.

The BoardWalk is open 24hrs. Depending on the season shops are normally open 8:00am until 11:00pm although some restaurants and bars are open until 2:00am.Transport to BoardWalk
Bus
Disney busses run services to and from the theme parks. Disney Springs has direct transport to BoardWalk with complementary parking. Unfortunately, they do not run from the resorts so guests will need to take a bus from their resort to one of the theme parks and then on to BoardWalk.Boat

The BoardWalk is a great place to see live and free entertainment and games including jugglers, stilt walkers, and other circus-style acts. Although the entertainment is completely free it is customary to tip the performers at the conclusion of their act or show.
Atlantic Dance Hall
Have an evening’s entertainment listening and dancing to the sounds of the 80s, 90s, and up to date hits in the Atlantic Dance ballroom located at the far Western edge of BoardWalk. The large 1940s styled hall based on the real Atlantic Dance Hall in Atlantic City features a spacious dance floor with glitterball and resident DJ. with balconies overlooking Crescent Lake. There is normally a small charge to get in and may or may not be popular on the night you visit. On occasions it may be noticeably quiet, so if you like a bit more of an atmosphere ask before entering. Guests need to be 21 or older to enter. Times – 8:00pm to 1:00am Thursday to Sunday.
